Frequently asked questions
Does GalerimPlus Rentals cost anything?
It is completely free for companies in phase one: no listing fee and no commission. If that ever changes, we will tell you in advance and ask for your agreement.
Who takes the payment, and when?
The customer pays you directly when they pick up the car. GalerimPlus does not collect money; the request shows the total the system worked out from your prices.
Which documents do I need to apply?
A photo of your tourism or business licence and of your vehicle insurance policy. Documents are shared only with our review team and never shown to customers.
Do I have to allow crossing to the south or Larnaca pickups?
No. They are offered only if you allow them in your profile and the car's settings. If you allow them, you write an insurance note that customers will see.
What if I cannot fulfil a request?
You can decline it or offer another car and price; your reason is passed on to the customer. Requests you do not answer within your response time lapse on their own.
How long does the review take?
Usually 1–2 working days. We tell you the result by e-mail, and your panel opens as soon as you are approved.
